Good morning all. It is 65 and it is 8am- yikes; going to be a hot one. Tomorrow I am going on a shopping trip to a big mall. They have their own bus and for $5 yiou can go and come home. Tomorrow night is the welcome home BBQ put on by management- no cost and music too. Last night we went to the German Fest here. German supper and entertainment for $6. It was fun- free german beer- if you like it? Rob has had a terribe cold this week but he thinks today he has got it beat. I'm hoping I have dodged the cold bullet. We are having an off day today. Joan's Bug

Well here I am in the right spot and hope all will appreciate that I now have it!! I want to share with all of you my news if you have not seen it on facebook- Rob got me a VW Beetle for my 65th B'day!! It is a mint green convertible and just the cutest thing. If I can figure it out I will post a picture. We are having wonderful weather here. Warm but always a nice breeze. Have to run for now . I hope all is well in Moncton Cheers Joan

Jan4,2012. Just had our good friends Bob and Donna plus an old school chum , Mary Dee in for supper. Great meal and great conversation. Just as we were finishing dishes our son skyped us so we got to talk to our son and grandson so a perfect end to a beautiful day. Cool yesterday and today but warming up tomorrow. just had a skype call from Jen too so only Sue left and I think it is too late for. well will closae for now Cheers

Originally postedJan @ 2012    Hi everyone. We are in Florida and having a ball. We missed out on New Years celebrations but we had our own party but in bed before midnight. Donna and I went to Zumba this morning. I will go back but Donna did not care for it. I had a little incident with the awning while Rob was away this am. A big wind came up and blew the awning over the top of our motorhome. A nice elderly man and Donna and I were able to get it closed but it was scary for awhile. I will try to write something at least once a week. Cheers for now
